For Clerk Post:

1. Graduation from a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in Computer Operation — Word Processing and Spread Sheets.
3. Skill Test: Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on Computer.
4. ICT Training Course on Computer (CCC) of 80 hours.

For Steno Typist (English) Post:

1. Graduation from a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in Computer Operation — Word Processing and Spread Sheets.
3. Skill Test: Dictation — 10 Minutes @ 80 w.p.m.; Transcription — 50 Minutes on Computer in English.
4. ICT Training Course on Computer (CCC) of 80 hours.
