🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026):

• Maximum 32 years for Junior Executive (Engineering, Wayside Amenities) and Secretary
• Minimum 30 years & Maximum 35 years for Junior Executive (Accounts)
• Maximum 35 years for Associate Executive (Quality Assurance & Official Language)
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms

Qualification & Experience (as on 01.04.2026):

1. Junior Executive (Engineering): Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering + 5 years relevant experience
2. Junior Executive (Accounts): Inter CA / Inter CMA + Graduation + 5 years relevant experience
3. Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM + 5 years relevant experience
4. Secretary BPCL: Class X + Class XII + Bachelor's Degree (3 years) + 5 years relevant experience
5. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc (Chemistry) with specialization + 3 years relevant experience
6. Associate Executive (Official Language): Master's in Hindi + 3 years relevant experience
