📋 Selection Process

The OFSS software prepares the selection list based on the following criteria:

1. Faculty-wise total seats available in +2 schools/colleges for Class 11 enrollment.
2. Choice of Institute and Faculty filled by the student in the Online Application (CAF) on the OFSS portal.
3. Percentage of marks obtained in Class 10 examination.
4. Effective reservation provisions of the State Government.
5. Students who have passed Class 10 from a school that also offers Class 11/12, and have given that school as a preference, are given priority for admission in their parent institution as per State Government decision.

📥 How to Download Merit List & Intimation Letter

1. Visit the official OFSS Bihar website — ofssbihar.net — on your computer or phone.
2. On the homepage, click on "Download Intimation Letter 2026".
3. You will be redirected to the Intimation Letter download page for Session 2026–28.
4. To download the 1st / 2nd / 3rd Selection Cut-Off PDF, check the "Important Information" section on the homepage.
5. Enter your Application Reference No. / Barcode No. and Registered Mobile Number in the input fields.
6. Enter the Captcha Code shown on the page correctly.
7. Click the "Print" button to download and save your Intimation Letter.

📑 Documents Required for Admission

1. Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate of Class 10 or equivalent examination
2. Mark Sheet of Class 10 or equivalent examination
3. School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the school where Class 10 was passed
4. Character Certificate from the institution where Class 10 was passed
5. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
6. Fixed fee of the allotted educational institution
7. Passport-size colour photograph
