Note: Exact fee depends on your subject (Practical/Non-Practical) and category (General/BC/EBC/SC/ST) and will be displayed on the portal at the time of form filling. Students are advised to fill the form by 12 May 2026 to avoid any late fee.

✏️ Exam Form Correction Details

If any mistake is made in your exam form, LNMU has provided a correction window on 15 May 2026. The following details can be corrected:

• Name
• Photo & Signature
• Subject Name
• Registration Number

📥 How to Fill LNMU PG 4th Semester Exam Form 2026

1. Visit the official LNMU website at www.lnmu.ac.in
2. Click on the Online Portal (PG) link on the homepage
3. Click on Student Portal
4. Enter your login credentials (Username & Password)
5. Fill in all required details and upload the necessary documents
6. Pay the exam fee online as per your category
7. After successful submission, take a printout of the application form

Important: After filling the online form and paying the fee, it is mandatory to submit the printed hard copy to your respective college or PG department.
